How fresh is your coffee?+
We roast in small batches multiple times per week. Most orders ship within 1-2 days of roasting, so your coffee arrives at peak freshness.
What grind should I choose?+
Whole bean gives you the freshest cup. If you need pre-ground: Pour Over or Drip for most brewers, Espresso for espresso machines, Coarse Grind for immersion brewing, Cold Brew for cold brew concentrate.
Do you offer subscriptions?+
Recurring delivery is being rebuilt right now. You can still order any coffee one time, and we will reopen self-serve recurring delivery once the full billing and account flow is ready.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?+
We are currently handling wholesale inquiries manually while the partner intake flow is rebuilt. Reach out through our wholesale inquiry page or contact us directly and we will review fit, volume, and lead times with you.
Where are you located?+
We roast in Virginia Beach, VA. We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
What is your return policy?+
We stand behind every jar. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
Are your coffees organic or fair trade?+
Many of our coffees carry certifications including Organic, Fair Trade, and Rainforest Alliance. Check individual product pages for specific certifications.

Yes! You can text your order to us for quick pickup at our Virginia Beach location. Our text-to-order system makes it easy.
