Ethiopia Organic Washed Yirgacheffe Abiyot Ageze

Abiyot Ageze is a washing station located in the Gedeo zone of Konga, a district of Yirgacheffe. This is a fully washed, high altitude coffee, grown at 1900-2100 meters. The washed process brings forward the lighter body and less earthy than it’s naturally/dry processed kinfolk. High altitude coffees are bright and usually citrus forward. This washed Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Konga is balanced in higher acidity and sweetness with notes of pulpy citrus and undertones of sweet peach and strawberry.
