This is the decaffeinated cousin of our regular Flores Komodo Dragon Organic. But donʼt let this difference lead you to believe itʼs lacking in powerful flavor. This roast is the perfect afternoon or after-dinner coffee that fulfills all the taste and boldness you want, but still lets you get a good nightʼs rest. This roast is heavy-bodied with notes of coriander, ginger, and molasses. These flavors are expertly preserved during the chemical-free caffeine extraction. The Swiss Water Process method hydrates the green coffee before introducing Green Coffee Extract (GCE), a solution that allows the caffeine to leave the beans through osmosis. The end result is a quality caffeine-less cup, without compromised taste.
