This is our best espresso yet. After roasting over 49 experimental batches, we found the satsuma of espresso blends. You no longer have rappel into a giant, jungle sinkhole to experience amazing espresso. At Fathom Coffee, we take sustainability seriously. That's why every batch of our solar roasted coffee is made using photovoltaic (PV) panels to capture the sun's rays, storing this "free" solar power in battery banks to power our off-grid roasting process. These special batches are roasted without any assistance from the power company, making our process entirely self-sufficient and environmentally friendly.
