Guatemala Antigua - Hunapu

Guatemalan coffees are unique because of the abundance of water, volcanic soil, and very distinct micro-climates. A micro-climate is an area of varied atmospheric conditions: rain, wind, temperatures etc. It can be as small as a few square feet to as large as a few square miles. Guatemala Antigua Hunapu is a higher altitude coffee, grown at 1500-1700 meters situated among the volcanoes. Hunapu means “place of flowers.” Tasting notes of dark chocolate, honey, red plum and toffee.
