As one of the oldest regions to cultivate coffee, Yemen has continued to produce some of the highest quality. The livelihood, community and social tradition of coffee outlast all other crops. “Harazi” is used to describe the unique environment of the small legacy farm in the high mountains of western Sana’a Governorate. Generational farmers carry on the traditions from the long history of using natural processes. In this cup you’ll experience “Harazi” through notes of milky sweetness, strawberry, raspberry, and cocoa.
